Please complete this form to initiate the reinstatement process with Vortex Local Our goal is to gather your business listing details and necessary documents to meet Google's reinstatement requirements. For immediate assistance, call (435) 256-8603. Take your time and fill out the entire form as thoroughly as possible. We cannot begin the process without a completed submission. You will receive an email confirmation once the form has been successfully submitted. The service fee is $499 and is due upon the reinstatement of your Google Business Profile.

Attach a state LLC or DBA that matches your business listing name exactly. If unavailable, attach a utility bill in the business listing's name. Note that you may need to file for an LLC or DBA if you don't have one. (*Canadian clients: please provide provincial filings.) If possible please also attach invoices or receipts of doing business. *

Attach a photo(s) of your inventory, equipment and or tools for your business operations. *

Attach an invoice or receipt from your business. Or If you have a cash drawer or POS system please take a photo of that. (no sensitive information please) *

Attach a photo of business cards or flyers you have for your business. *

Have you previously submitted a Reinstatement or an Appeal form with Google? If yes, please provide the date and any associated case numbers. *

Please add us to your GBM profile

Please watch the video below if you do not know how do this. You will need to add [email protected] as an owner to the profile (this is different than primary owner, you will still fully control the profile at all times).

Go to your business profile
click the three dots next to "Profile Strength" then click "Business Profile Settings" and then click "People and Access"
Then click "+add" (top left)
Enter [email protected]
Under "Access" chooser "Owner"
Click "Invite"

Please add a brand new email or an existing email that has never been an owner or a manager to a listing before as an owner to the profile. Please make the Gmail like this, [email protected], please add year so we can track the email easier. Follow the same instructions as the video above to invite your new email.
